Trial Run Request

A few notes before filling out this form:

• Trial runs are booked as an appointment with your bridal artist. Upon completion of this form, your artist will contact you directly at their earliest convenience through text or email to coordinate the date and timing.

• Your artist cannot answer wedding day timing and detail questions (that is our job). Please direct those to us wildflowerhairandmakeup@gmail.com

• Your deposit will not be applied towards your trial run services.

• The cost of your trial run must be paid to your artist directly on the date of your trial run.

• The artist assigned to your trial run will be the same artist assigned to your wedding date.
