Trial Run Request

A few notes before filling out this form:

• Trial runs are booked as an appointment with your bridal artist. Upon completion of this form, your artist will contact you directly at their earliest convenience through text or email to coordinate the date and timing.

• Your deposit cannot be applied towards your trial run services.

• The cost of your trial run IS NOT INCLUDED in our wedding day contract. The purpose of Wildflower is to manage and protect your wedding day services.

• The cost of your trial run must be paid to your artist directly on the day of your trial run.
