5. We review everything, and provide you with an official quote. Your artist(‘s) will be held tentatively for up to 2 weeks.

6. You pay your $300 non-refundable retainer (because you respect that our time is valuable too)

7. We are basically best friends now, or just your wedding beauty professionals. Whichever relationship you prefer!

Based on 15+ years of specialized experience (Karen has seen thousands and thousands of wedding mornings), we will not provide individual appointment times for your bridal party. You will be provided with a service timeframe.

We will provide you with the information needed to create a timeline if desired, but we highly recommend your time with us being viewed as part of your wedding experience, over just services. Our time together sets the tone to your wedding day. This is girl time.

Our services are customized to each clients preference. This means some styles will take longer than others. Having someone available to begin services at any time will help balance this out.

Children can absolutely arrive later. Moms/Grandmothers can also arrive later than our start time, we just need to keep someone in our chair at all times. Just ask and we will assist you on choosing that time!

YOU can also arrive later, it is your day!

We only work from clean dry hair for timing purposes and do not offer on location blowouts. We can however create a blow out look from dry hair with a thermal iron! This is game day, that round brush style is not gonna cut it.

If you have wavy/curly hair and do not want to utilize your natural curl pattern in your style, your hair must be smoothed out from wet to dry the before the event. For timing purposes, and frizz prevention. (The hair cuticle will want to return to the state in which it dried!)

Upon completion of booking, you will be provided with a link to schedule your trial run with your artist.

Your artist will contact you directly to coordinate schedules!

With specializing in weddings, our Saturday availability for trial runs, engagement pictures, and pre bridal portraits is unlikely, but not impossible, so feel free to ask! If you are needing a weekend trial, Summer is our slower season and would have the best availability!

Can I use my deposit towards my trial run, or vice versa?

No, the cost of these services are to be paid to your artist directly at the time of services.

Can I book a trial before booking my wedding?

Yes, please fill out our inquiry form first and note that you would like a trial before booking. The trial must be scheduled in the upcoming weeks. We will put a 2 week hold on your team after your trial run for you to provide your deposit.

Can I book just hair or just makeup?

Yes, our service minimum does not apply to trial runs!

We are an on location team, we come to you! If you would prefer to travel to your artist, this is an option for some artist’s!
